My journey from doubt to delight
The staff was friendly, always eager to help. We enjoyed a variety of activities throughout our stay!
Unfortunately, dining reservations were frustrating, often requiring long waits in line. Some food options fell short of expectations and lacked flavor.

The hotel was amazing. I'll recommend it to all my friends. Hotel staff was excelent - friendly, helpful, fast. The rooms were amazing - beautiful and clean. The food was very tasty everyday. If I return to Cancun it 'll be this hotel.
1.) There was only 1 PC with internet connection. It was not for free. I travelled for weeks via Mexico and at every hotel they had PC with internet connection for free. There wasn't any printer connected to this PC. I would suggest to have more PCs with internet connection and printer connected for free. 2.) The Safe in a room was also not for free. It is a little bit suprising to find out at the end of the stay that the price for a room doesn't inlude also the price for the safe. Quite funny.

We spent three nights in a spacious Deluxe room and loved the fantastic à la carte restaurants. The beach access was perfect, and we enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking up the sun on the beach loungers. The only downside was the limited beach chairs, but overall, it was a great experience! ☀️

My deluxe queen room was new-fashioned, had a very comfy bed. The staff was caring and were ready to help with my additional requests. The location was perfect, right in front of the new Shopping center, the view was marvellous, too.

The beach is amazing. The rooms are ok and also the comforts.
The restaurant aren't so good. Topless isn't admitted because it is considered a "family hotel" even if there are no laws about it in Mexico.

Comfortable room, great location, where my friends and I enjoyed relaxing by the beach and found amazing on-site massages, made our stay good.
Hard to think of anything without adding further information.

Very attentive and respectful personnel at the reception desk, paid attention to every detail. The room we booked was good-sized and new-fashioned with a balcony, large beds plus coffee maker. The breakfast was large and above average with tacos and served in the bar.
Facilities were awesome, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

The terrace of my suite would have been very nice, had it been facing the ocean. The first suite offered was on the ground floor and the promised (on your website) view of the ocean or lake view was a panoramic view of a parking lot!
I literally had to go to war to get moved to a higher floor. The reception staff was fairly hostile. Promised internet in the lobby was down for three of my four days there. Food was repetitive and mediocre. Activities (like fitness class) did not follow the schedule and there was no apology for these departures, not even reliable information.

Food is excellent. Staff is really nice.
No food under the all inclusive services after 10:30pm.
